how freakin' lame. the people that live below me do that in front of our house, too (sad for them that they don't have a roofdeck). i wonder if it's "illegal" here, too. i can tell you what, i'm sure there are better things that cop could be doing in brooklyn just before midnight.

interesting. i knew it probably wasn't allowed but that's pretty lame. people did all the time on our street.
