2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Whisk these together
Seperately whisk together
1 3/4 cups milk (I use skim but it is probably even yummier with whole)
2 eggs
6 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and mix until pretty well combined, make sure there aren't big lumps. Then just pour onto the hot waffle iron.

Throw out the Bisquick.
