Sorry about the slideshows, but it is the quickest way for me to get caught up.
Twitter Time
To expand my web presence and to offer you more content, I have joined twitter. Twitter is like a micro blog. The four most recent posts, or twitters will appear over there in the left column. Next time you check the blog and find no new posts, fear not, look left and hopefully I have at least added a few quick twitters. If not, I must really be slacking.

Baby - Week 17
- The umbilical cord is growing thicker and stronger.
- Fetus weight is just over 5 ounces (150g).
- Baby is about 5 inches (14cm) long crown to rump.
- and would be about 9 inches (23cm) head to toe, if it could stretch out.

- The first stools (meconium) are now beginning to accumulate.
And on another note, Sofia's belly now has three sides: front, left and right

Go Becca!
Becca (from today's Sun Sentinel) performing in FBC Ft. Lauderdales 25th Anniversary Christmas Pageant.
Early Christmas
This past weekend, my folks came to Austin to celebrate Christmas before we dash off to Florida.
Full spooky moon.
This included a trip to the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center that had paths of luminaries and lanterns.
And our traditional trip to Milto's (no pizza photo-Aaron was too hungry to click) and Toy Joy.

Thirsty Thursday #17
The Czar
by Avery Brewing, Boulder, CO
Style: Russian Imperial Stout
ABV: 11.73%
Tasty. This is like the fourth Avery beer I've done for Thirsty Thursday. I should broaden my horizons I guess. But this beer is soo good, I couldn't let it slip by without telling you. It is a seasonal so get it now. Avery is distributed pretty far now, so chances are you can get it. Go on now, what are you sitting around for?
It is a pretty standard imperial stout in most regards, but the flavor puts it over the top for me. I pick up caramel and apple, well I guess just caramel apple, whatever. It's delicious.

Pizzalicious!
Cooking a pizza with Sofia. We usually go by our favorite pizza joint and buy a lump of dough. This time out we bought a grocery store special roll of dough. Cheaper, but not as good. For some reason, Sofia designed this pizza in the shape of Minnesota.
Add your sauce and a layer of cheese. Mozzarella and Parmesan.
Add other toppings. Pepperoni, mushrooms, onions. Whatever you like.
Throw on another layer of cheese!
Ovenize it.
Tis yummy. Hoump it up!
