Relatively speaking, I wouldn't call the houses on the left old. Ugly, maybe, but not old. Surely vinyl siding wasn't out until the 80s. Ok, maybe the 70s, but your building was probably built in the early 1900s. I think you change the title to "Over-Modern vs. POS Brooklyn." Where is that anyway?
the question is what is a nice modernist house owner doing driving a chevy?
