Wedding Wrap-up Episode 2

Friday was sort of an off day. We only had a party to attend that night at Kevin's parent's house.

Breakfast. Jess had a shirt that said Bride. Mom had one that said M.O.B. Kristin and Sofia left their S.O.B. shirts at home.

P-dos. Sofia is laughing so hard right now.

We ran errands all day and later made our way to the Brown's home. This is a picture from their whales watch overlooking beautiful Deerfield Beach. The ocean is behind me.

The Chamberlain Gang. A noble bunch I must say.

Pops is way to busy stuffing his mouth with shrimp for pictures. Word, I understand, they were yummy.

Doctor jokes. Ha.

Kristin, Aaron, Laurie, Laurie, Sofia, Kristin.

Jessica dress #2. Kevin/Jess Thankyou Speech #2.

Tallarico's representin' but why are Ryan and Daniel missing from all my photos.

Big deal guys, getting married is so two years ago. Right Sofia?

Mr. Brown's creepy friend.

Wedding Wrap-up Episode 1

Thursday was the Rehearsal for Jessica and Kevin's wedding. We were lucky enough to get an earlier flight into Ft. Lauderdale, making it in on time.

Click on the pic for a geography lesson son.

Jessica and Kri picked us up from the airport. We had lunch and checked out some of the Hurricane damage. Wait, what are they looking at...

Frieken' dinosaurs!!

Jessica has this weak view. All that seaweed is not usually there.

Shred-tastic! (not really)

The rehearsal. It was more boring than ours. Let's go to dinner.

Becca and Sofia.

Becca, Kristin, The Beautiful Bride, Trish, Sofia.

The tables at dinner. Crazy, huh? The cool table is in the upper right.

Jess and Kev. You guys are lucky we were there.

Beware of the dark side. Jason is more crazy about kung fu than I am about skateboarding. That's bad.

Kristin y El Machuca.

The parents received gifts. We all did.

Dave and Mom during Dave's rousing toast.

Jessica Dress #1.

Hottest couple of the night. Sorry Jess.

Wedding Wrap-up Episode -1

I have many pictures to put up, but I just haven't had enough time to process them and get em up. Tonight I will do the first real Wedding Wrap-up. One big problem is I lost one of my Sony Digital Camera Card thingys, which had the photos of the wedding ceremony and some of the reception. I do have photos from the two days leading up to the wedding and the second half of the reception on to Sunday. If you were there and took pictures, please send me all your good shots. Thanks.

Machuca Imposter

Javier is up in RI posin' as El Machuca. Come on bro, that blood doesn't even look real.

Hollow-een

My idea was to post photos of kids in their Halloween costumes. But the kids in my neighborhood suck. I've never seen a sadder bunch of costumes. Just horrible. The best costume I saw was a Power Ranger. Power Rangers? Do kids even watch that anymore? I used to watch Power Rangers and Duck Tales every morning in 8th grade, but I can't believe kids are still watching that crap. It was the worst show. Oh well, maybe next year.

Sofia's B-day (Part 3)

Compare that cake (apple tart) to the one Sofia made for my birthday. Don't give me any grief, I walked 15 blocks at 8am to get that thing.

Sofia's B-day (Part 2)

Over the past three years, Sofia and I have cultivated a tradition of sorts. Every October 29th, her birthday, we've gone to Grimaldi's. This will be a hard tradition to keep going when we are not living here, but I guess we will have to try.

Even some fellow MCers were there, Kyle and Heather.

Nighttime version of a picture I already have.

We went to a Halloween party after Pizza. Ernest went as me.

Sofia thought about going as a Lion Tamer, but I hate cats.

Assorted Halloween revilers. Notice, Ernest change costumes.

Sofia and I just decided to go as the sweetest couple ever. I mean, look at us, ssooooooooooo sweet!

Some geek was there trying to dance.

The Christmas lights are already up in Park Slope. They have been for a week.

I tackled that Mickey balloon on the way home. Stupid mouse.

Sofia's B-day (Part 1)

Stew?

After running some errands, we went to the Gate to play darts. I beat Sofia. Happy Birthday!

The Truth (with Jokes)

Last night we went to the Union Square Barnes and Noble to see Al Franken speak. It was pretty good. He told my favorite story of his, about his Father's last days. He has a new book out, which I am sure I won't read. I don't agree on all of his politics, but I feel he is sincere. He sometimes gets painted as an angry loon, but I think he's good people.

Lifestyles of the Rich and Middle Class

Brian and Jake flew their private jet in from the Hamptons this weekend to buy their winter furs and a new poodle for Buffy, Jake's girlfriend. They may not look like it, but they are very fancy, classy millionaires....no Billionaires! Sorry for such blurry pictures. We suck at picture taking.

Just look at them. CHA-CHING!!

Meanwhile, us lowlifes dined at Olive Tree Cafe, the cheapest place in the Village.

Ernest is a lowlife too, but he tries to dress the part of an aristocrat.

This is the best picture of me since our wedding. The book blocks my pudgy neck. Perfect

See this umbrella. There is no way Brian or Jake would risk life and limb to run into the street for a free umbrella. But me, I'm in that street before you can say cheapskate.
